These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Replionix website and services operated by Replionix Solutions. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.
You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its normal operation.
For customers, you are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload and for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials. Inventory and operational data you upload remains yours; we process it solely to provide the service.
The Replionix platform, brand, and content are the property of Replionix Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.
Replionix provides decision-support recommendations based on the data available to it. These recommendations are advisory. You remain responsible for procurement and clinical decisions. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replionix Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
