1. Connect your data

Upload inventory, consumption and expiry data from your existing ERP or HIS. Replionix checks, maps and previews the data for approval before creating a controlled, traceable dataset version. For ease of adoption, Replionix currently uses CSV uploads, with automated ERP integration available on demand.

2. Intelligence engines

• Inventory Control: identifies excess and slow-moving inventory and recommends consumption, transfer, return-to-vendor, or order restraint.
• Expiry Control: clusters batches by risk window and recommends redistribution, prioritized usage, or return-to-vendor before loss occurs.
• Stockout Control: projects days-of-stock from consumption velocity and flags items that will run out before the next delivery.
• PR Prioritization: scores every purchase request (critical, routine, hold) against real stock, demand, and expiry signals.

3. Executive Dashboard

Provides key risks, priorities, savings opportunities and required actions in one clear view. Every metric is linked to an approved dataset, source file, upload date and review status. Results are calculated using defined decision rules, not AI-generated estimates.

4. Act & Measure

Teams act on prioritized inventory, expiry and purchasing recommendations, then track each action through completion. Projected opportunities remain separate from measured results, providing a clear and credible view of value delivered. Progress and outcomes can be exported in review-ready PDF reports.
