1. Connect your data

Replionix ingests inventory, consumption, and expiry data exported from your existing ERP/HIS. Data is uploaded as a standardized file (or via an automated feed) and refreshed on a regular cadence to keep recommendations current.

2. Intelligence engines

• Expiry Intelligence: clusters batches by risk window and recommends redistribution, prioritized usage, or return-to-vendor before loss occurs.
• Stockout Intelligence: projects days-of-stock from consumption velocity and flags items that will run out before the next delivery.
• Smart Reordering: computes dynamic reorder points and suggested order quantities per item, balancing carrying cost against stockout risk.
• PR Prioritization: scores every purchase request (critical, routine, hold) against real stock, demand, and expiry signals.

3. Executive dashboard

Results surface in a live executive dashboard: inventory value, expiry exposure, stockout risk, savings, a critical-item monitor, and an AI-generated summary. See the live dashboard.

4. Act & measure

Teams release prioritized purchase requests and expiry actions, then track realized savings over time. Reports can be exported to PDF for board and finance review.
