Replionix processes sensitive supply-chain data for healthcare organizations. Protecting that data is fundamental to how we build the platform. This page describes our current practices.
All traffic to and from Replionix is encrypted in transit using TLS. Data at rest is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption enabled by the provider.
The platform runs on reputable managed cloud providers with a managed Postgres database. Production secrets are held in the hosting provider’s encrypted environment settings and are never stored in source control. All public endpoints are rate limited, and uploads are validated for type, size and content before processing.
Replionix is designed to process inventory and supply-chain data and not patient records. Our approach prioritizes controlled access, data traceability and responsible information handling. Alignment with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 requirements, followed by formal independent certification, forms part of our compliance roadmap as the platform scales.
Replionix is a highly secured, invitation-only platform with no public sign-up. Pilot access is issued and managed directly by our team, while customer data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
You retain full ownership of your data. Replionix processes it only to deliver inventory intelligence and recommendations. You may request its export or deletion at any time.
